OUR POLICY

CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING

 

Here at Taïs Hair Studio, we get you. We understand that life can be a real pain at time and that every now and then things don’t work out as planned.

That’s why we love being flexible for you, so that if you need to change or cancel an appointment - you can!

To make life super easy for all of us, we love to remain flexible while still having a few policies in place to ensure smooth sailing for you, and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable.

 

We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavour to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.

 

  1. For your ease, we offer text confirmation of your appointment, 3 days before. If we don’t hear from we will give you a call on the day before the appointment. All no-show clients, and cancelation as well as rescheduling within less than 24hs may occur a 50,00

  2. Online bookings are requested a 50,00 deposit, which is credited back into the service.

  3. If you are running late, we get that! We’ll try our very best to work around it. However, we do run by appointment, and therefore late arrivals of 15minutes or more may be unable to be serviced if it will affect other clients bookings, and if so , the cancellation policy will apply.

 

We try as much as we can to accommodate you and be on time, by all means if we are running behind schedule we will let you know 30 minutes before your appointment time. For cancellations you can give us a call or send us an email.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

At Taïs Hair Studio we pride ourselves on quality work, best products in the market and up to dated trained team. We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you your hair is not as expected, therefore you are unhappy, we will correct or redo it with no extra charge within 14 days from your appointment. We will send you a text message colour follow up 7 days after your visit,. Your feedback is very important to us. Nevertheless, a full return is not available.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We at Taïs Hair Studio highly value our customers and their privacy. Our privacy policy is to respect and protect your privacy.

All personal information strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. It is safe with us. All your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of your time in the salon to be  and amazing experience. We full adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 and will not be shared unless required by law.

 

PRICING

Our salon pricing may vary from one stylist to the other, based on their experience, skills, and demand. For an accurate quote/ pricing a complimentary consultation before starting your service is offered or alternatively you can request in a salon 30,00 consultation prior your appointment, which is redeemable on your service or product.

 

 

PERSONAL ITEMS

At Taïs Hair Studio we value your garments and items protecting it with appropriate water and colour proof gowns, towels and capes. However, personal items are always full responsibility of the clients. Our team will ensure to keep anything left behind safe and contact you to let you know as soon as possible.
